I then open Monkey ball and tried to restore purchase, i got the pop up to input my iTunes ID and password and just as i put them in i got a call which i answered. I installed all my apps from the Apps store including Monkey Ball.
Then i had to do a fresh restore of my iPhone because i was testing iOS betas and wanted to go back to a released iOS version. I installed it on both devices and restored purchase.
